What is Koja kojon?

Koja kojon is a virtual challenge app where the kilometres you complete in real life become progress along a virtual route of your choice.

You move wherever you want, while in the app you travel along your selected route, unlock checkpoints and stories, and gradually make your way towards the finish.

Do I have to physically follow the route shown in the app?

No. The route shown in the app is virtual.

You can walk in your city, in a park, in the forest, on a treadmill, or while travelling. The kilometres you complete in real life will count towards your selected virtual challenge.

For example, if you choose the Baltic Way challenge, you do not need to physically walk from Vilnius to Tallinn.

How does a virtual challenge work?

Choose the challenge you want and start moving.

The distance you complete is added to your virtual route. The more kilometres you collect, the further you travel.

Along the way, you reach checkpoints, unlock their stories, and eventually make it to the finish.

How does the app know how many kilometres I have completed?

You can sync your activity data from supported health and fitness platforms on your phone or enter your activity manually.

You can choose whichever option is more convenient for you.

Can I enter my kilometres manually?

Yes.

If you do not want to connect your health or fitness data, you can log your activity manually.

Which activities count?

Koja kojon can count walking, running, cycling, and other activities supported by the app.

The app will show which activities are eligible for each specific challenge.

Do I have to exercise every day?

No.

Koja kojon is not a competition with other people. You complete the challenge at your own pace.

You might walk 10 km one day and none the next. Your progress will still be there when you come back.

How long do I have to complete a challenge?

You can complete your challenge at your own pace, unless a specific challenge states otherwise.

It is not about how quickly you finish. It is about the journey to the finish.

What happens when I reach a checkpoint?

As you move along the virtual route, you will reach different checkpoints.

At each one, you may unlock stories, interesting facts, and other content related to the route.

That way, each completed section becomes more than just another few kilometres. It becomes a new part of the journey.

What happens when I complete a challenge?

Once you reach the finish, you complete your virtual challenge and may receive the achievements connected to it.

Depending on the option you choose, a digital certificate or a physical challenge medal may also be available.

Will I receive a real medal?

If you choose an option that includes a physical medal, yes.

It is a real challenge medal that you can keep as a reminder of what you achieved.

Where is Koja kojon available?

Koja kojon currently serves users in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Physical medals and other products are delivered to supported parcel lockers in these countries.

We plan to expand to more countries in the future.

Can I take part without a physical medal?

Yes.

A physical medal is not required to take part in a virtual challenge. Depending on the available options, you can choose a digital option or a package that includes a physical medal.

Will I receive a certificate?

Depending on the product or challenge option you choose, a personalised digital certificate may be available.

You will be able to save it to your device.

Can I take part in several challenges at the same time?

At the moment, only one paid challenge can be active on your account at a time.

Once you finish one journey, you can start another.

Can I give Koja kojon as a gift?

Yes.

You can purchase a selected challenge or package as a gift. You will receive a gift code that you can share with the person you are giving it to, and they can activate it on their own account.

Do I need to allow the app to access my location?

No.

Koja kojon does not currently use your GPS location or track where you actually walk, run, or cycle.

The map shown in the app displays the virtual challenge route, not your real-world route.

What activity data can Koja kojon access?

If you choose automatic syncing, the app only accesses the information needed to calculate your challenge progress, such as distance, steps, activity type, and duration.

Koja kojon does not need access to your heart rate, sleep, blood pressure, or other medical data.

Do I have to connect my health app?

No.

Syncing is optional. If you do not want to grant access, you can log your activity manually.

Does Koja kojon track my real route?

No.

We do not collect your GPS route and cannot see which streets or paths you actually use.

What matters to us is the distance you complete, not where you complete it.

Can children use Koja kojon?

Yes. Koja kojon can be used by children aged 14 and over.

We recommend that minors use the app with the knowledge of a parent or legal guardian, especially when making purchases or connecting health and fitness data.

Where are physical medals delivered?

At the moment, physical products are delivered to supported parcel lockers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Available delivery options and parcel lockers will be shown during checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery price is shown before payment, so you will see the full total before confirming your order.

Can I return a medal?

If you are a consumer in the European Union, standard physical products purchased online are generally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Does Koja kojon have a subscription?

No.

Koja kojon does not currently have a monthly or annual subscription. Selected challenges and products are purchased with a one-time payment.

Do my achievements expire?

Your recorded progress remains in your account while your account is active, unless different conditions apply to a specific challenge.

Can I delete my account?

Yes.

You can delete your account using the account deletion feature in the app.
